Passaic County Clerk Karen Brown, Esq. will perform weddings for couples in costume on Halloween
Music and gifts will be provided at no cost to the bride and groom.

PERFORMED BY PASSAIC COUNTY CLERK
PATERSON – Passaic County Clerk Karen Brown, Esq. will perform weddings for couples in costume on Halloween, 3 p.m. Tuesday, October 31.
Music and gifts will be provided at no cost to the bride and groom. The couple must have a marriage license in order to participate. The place of the wedding will be determined.
Couples interested in exchanging vows on Halloween may sign up at the Passaic County Clerk’s Office at the Passaic County Administration Building, 401 Grand Street, Paterson.
